TiVo to hit Australian stores next week!
Tuesday, June 24th, 2008TiVo will be on Harvey Norman shelves next week, 1st July, thanks to the Seven network who has negotiated an out right fee for the box (originally Tivo wanted a monthly subscription) which is great news for us!
The price is believed to approximately $700 which is not bad considering it is expected to sport dual HD tuners, 250GB HDD space (20 hours of HD content), HDMI connection, ethernet (yes, that means copying content to and from PC) and eSATA.
So expect to see automated recordings, 100+ internet channels, upgradeable firmware and more.
